      • Distribution is Monday – Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
      • Food is packed in advance, and students/employees can drive by and pick up a bag of food.

    Pathways of Hope Logo

    Pathways of Hope (POH) partners with NOCCCD to manage the food pantries at NOCE Anaheim Campus, Cypress College, and Fullerton College. POH also distributes food and offers appointments at the HUB of Hope in Fullerton. POH leads a community effort to provide access to food, shelter, and housing to those experiencing hunger and homelessness in North Orange County. They are committed to rebuilding the lives of the hungry and homeless through emergency food, resource distribution, emergency, and rapid re-housing, eviction prevention, and other initiatives designed to help people in need. POH offers programming under three strategic areas:

      • Prevention and Outreach: Distribution of food and basic needs/supplies, delivering meals to homebound clients, emergency utility/rental assistance, outreach resources, and service navigation.
      • Shelter and Housing: Two shelters in their  OnCampus Housing Program, rapid re-housing program, and permanent supportive housing.
      • Advocacy and Collaboration: Over 40 local congregations and community agencies partner with POH in helping address poverty, hunger, and homelessness.

  • Emergency Aid Program

    Emergency Aid Available logoNOCE Emergency Aid Program Opportunity for Students

    NOCE is pleased to offer students emergency aid due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students who apply receive aid in the form of available school and community resources, such as food vouchers, when available to help them stay enrolled in classes and continue making progress toward completing their educational goals.

    NOCE is not currently accepting applications for Emergency Aid. Please check back later.

  • NOCE Clothing Closet

    NOCE Helping Hand Clothing Closet offers professional attire to students who may not have the means to purchase clothing for the workforce. Students getting ready to graduate can select an outfit to interview and another work outfit. A variety of sizes for both men and women are available; additional accessories at the clothing closet include shoes, work bags/purses, jewelry, scarves, etc. The clothing closet is open to both men and women by appointment only.

    Individuals can donate professional attire to the NOCE Helping Hands Clothing Closet by appointment. Items such as blouses, skirts, pants, suits, jackets are welcome and must be in good condition.

    Individual Appointments for Laptop Loan Requests

    After January 26, appointments are available:

    • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
    • Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

    Reservations are required and must be made one day prior at noce.edu/laptop


    Complete Reservation Form One Day in Advance:

    • Must be currently enrolled at NOCE for the 2021 Fall Semester.
    • Visit: noce.edu/laptop to access the Laptop Loan Reservation Form via MyGateway.
      • If you have a loaned laptop on file, you may request an extension for 2021 Fall Semester or schedule a time to return the laptop through this reservation system.
    • Students must know their student ID number and password to log in. If you need help accessing MyGateway, contact StarHelp at: 714.808.4679 or starhelp@noce.edu.

    When You Pick Up Your Laptops, Students Should:

    • Wear a mask or other facial covering before entering the campus.
    • Show NOCE ID/Access Card at the time of pick-up. Showing an NOCE 2021 Fall Schedule/Bill that includes your name and student ID number is also accepted as documentation.
    • Students can walk onto campus wearing a mask and following the directions of Campus Safety.

  • NOCCCD Drive-Up Free Wifi

    NOCCCD District Wide Free Wifi

    Drive-Up WiFi Opens at NOCE Anaheim Campus to Facilitate Student Internet Access 

    To provide students with reliable internet access, Drive-Up WiFi is available to currently enrolled students at all three District campuses in Anaheim, Fullerton, and Cypress.

  • Book Award

    What is the NOCE book award?

    The NOCE Book Award is open December 8, 2021 through February 9, 2022 (or until funds run out).

    This program was created for students enrolled in any of our NOCE noncredit programs that require books. 

    This award is in the form of a voucher, where you will receive credit for a specified amount at the Fullerton Bookstore for assistance in the purchase of your books.  Funds for this award are from a private donation.
