Thank you for your interest in the NOCE’s DSS Online Access Pass.

The next step in your enrollment process is to apply through Opencccapply.net.

To assist you, we’ve included a step-by-step video that takes about 25 minutes to watch.

You must verify your identity through DMV Wallet, ID.me, or in person at any of the three NOCE Admissions and Records offices.

I recommend viewing it as you complete your application, which should take 25 minutes to an hour.

After completing the CCCStart application, please email DSSAccessPass@noce.edu with your full name and date of birth to confirm your application status.

Please keep in mind:

  • Having your Social Security Number (SSN) ready; helps streamline the application process. This is not mandatory, but we strongly encourage you to include it.
  • After applying via CCCStart, you will receive your NOCE student ID number/Banner number within 48 hours (note, this is not your CCC ID).

Once you complete this step, I will send you instructions to complete the NOCE DSS application. The community college system has a two-part application process. First, students need to apply to CCCStart, then students need to apply to the college they intend to enroll in.
