In collaboration with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, Woodland Community College, and the Foundation for California Community Colleges, North Orange Continuing Education is excited to present the North/Far North Regional Noncredit Education Workshop!
Join us for an engaging three-hour session designed to equip you with practical tools and actionable strategies to establish or expand noncredit programs at your campus. As a vital access point to higher education, noncredit programs help adult learners in your community gain skills, credentials, and confidence to pursue further education or enter the workforce.
Participants will:
- Identify student and workforce needs that can be effectively addressed through noncredit education
- Develop a customized blueprint for at least one noncredit pathway tailored to their campus
- Learn about the noncredit apportionment funding structure and additional financial resources available to support program development
Whether you’re just beginning or looking to scale up, this session will guide you in building inclusive and sustainable noncredit pathways that meet your community’s evolving needs.
Intended audience: Campus leadership teams, including the CEO, CIO, CSSO, Research and Planning, Faculty Leadership, and Workforce Development Lead.
We look forward to seeing you at the workshop!
