NOCE Laptop & Hotspot Return Policy
Students who are NOT enrolled in online or hybrid classes for the upcoming semester must return their laptops and hotspots, including the original boxes and chargers, to Room 714 of the Anaheim Campus.
Students who ARE enrolled in online or hybrid classes for the following semester may keep their laptops and hotspots for an additional semester.
If you have an old hotspot (AT&T Franklin A10 or Moxee models):
- Please return it so we can issue you a newer model, provided you are currently enrolled in an online or hybrid class.
- Service on all older hotspot models will be turned off on November 29, 2024.
