What is C2C?

The goal of College to Career (C2C) is to help people with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) get better jobs. By going to college, they can learn more and find more job opportunities.

The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) is one of only eight schools in the state to receive funding for C2C. NOCCCD works with the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC), DOR, and local businesses to create jobs for students. We help prepare students with ID or ASD for jobs where they can work alongside others and earn a fair wage.
